Este edifício situa-se numa zona privilegiada no centro da cidade de Lisboa, com uma vista singular sobre o Aqueduto das Águas Livres e o Parque do Monsanto. O edifício é constituído por 5 pisos de escritórios em open-space, 4 espaços comerciais independentes no piso térreo e 4 pisos abaixo do solo destinados a estacionamento automóvel e áreas técnicas. Um núcleo central aglutina as circulações verticais, instalações sanitárias e ductos técnicos. A formalização do edifício Bloom traduz-se num movimento orgânico em conexão com a sua envolvente. As palas de sombreamento existentes na fachada enfatizam esta expressão volumétrica e reduzem a exposição direta da luz solar, dada a sua orientação Sul – Nascente. A escolha dos acabamentos recai sobre um gama cromática sóbria com o intuito de destacar a importância do volume e a sua integração na envolvente. O projecto assume no seu todo um desenho sustentável, sendo um dos primeiros edifícios de escritórios em Portugal com certificação energética classe A. This building is located in a privileged area in the center of Lisbon, with a unique view over the Águas Livres Aqueduct and Monsanto Park.

The building consists of 5 floors of open-space offices, 4 independent commercial spaces on the ground floor and 4 floors below ground for car parking and technical areas. A central core brings together vertical circulations, sanitary installations and technical ducts.

The formalization of the Bloom building translates into an organic movement in connection with its surroundings. The existing shading visors on the facade emphasize this volumetric expression and reduce direct exposure to sunlight, given its South – East orientation. The choice of finishes falls on a sober chromatic range with the aim of highlighting the importance of the volume and its integration into the surroundings. The project as a whole assumes a sustainable design, being one of the first office buildings in Portugal with class A energy certification.
