The existence of shading visors and the undulation of the facade emphasizes an organic movement, which gives a striking volumetric expression to the facades, while at the same time resolving the issue of solar lighting given its South \u2013 East orientation.<\/p>\n<p>The main entrance area of \u200b\u200bthe building includes an outdoor space with generous access, qualified with exterior arrangements, from where the main technical ducts can be accessed. On the upper floors we find open office spaces. Independent commercial areas are located on the ground floor with direct access to the outside. As for the materiality of the building, the gray color predominates. The frames and exposed concrete aims to emphasize the sobriety and importance of the volume, to the detriment of a chromatic integration in the tones of the block in which it is located.
