An urbanization/residential condominium consisting of 33 lots, for construction of single-family houses. Lots range from 665m2 to 995m2. It is located in Carnaxide, in the municipality of Oeiras.
In this project, fundamental concepts of modern Urbanism were deepened and developed: green spaces in private and public areas were enhanced, as well as solar permeability between each lot, community living was valued, private space was preserved, the surrounding spaces were requalified, new rhythms and metrics were created in the streets, among other characteristics of urbanism.
