Localizado no centro histórico da cidade de Lisboa, mais concretamente na freguesia da Pena. A outrora Engomadoria Ramiro Leão, um edifício de carácter industrial, revestido a ladrilho de tijolo de finais do séc. XIX, renasce como um novo edifício habitacional. O edifício constitui-se por 4 pisos destinados a habitação e dois abaixo do solo para estacionamento automóvel. A tónica do novo edifício assenta na preservação da memória do antigo edificado e sua requalificação, adequando o uso funcional ao seu contexto urbano. A nível formal são respeitados os vãos originais, o desenho das antigas cantarias em pedra lioz, o recuo das mansardas, a volumetria e as materialidades que lhe atribuem o seu caracter industrial. Located in the historic center of the city of Lisbon, more specifically in the parish of Pena. The former Ramiro Leão Ironing Company, an industrial building, covered in brick tiles from the end of the 19th century. XIX, reborn as a new housing building.

The building consists of 4 floors for housing and two below ground for car parking. The focus of the new building is on preserving the memory of the old building and its requalification, adapting the functional use to its urban context. At a formal level, the original openings, the design of the old stonework in limestone, the recess of the mansards, the volume and the materialities that give it its industrial character are respected.
